Fourth quarter revenues increased 200% to approximately $4,760,000 over comparable 1997 revenues of $1,590,000. Revenues for the year ended December 31, 1998 increased 90% to $13,100,000 over comparable 1997 revenues of $6,925,000. "We are extremely pleased with our revenue performance during the year and especially in the fourth quarter," commented Richard Reiss, Chief Executive and President of the Company. "Revenues in videoconferencing and voice systems were up 85% and 96%, respectively, over last years results. Our structured cabling division also showed substantial revenue growth. "The quality and attractive pricing of smaller videoconferencing group systems such as the ViewStation(R) product line recently introduced by Polycom (Nasdaq: PLCM) enabled us to gain a foothold in the large corporate market where we successfully completed a number of multi-unit contracts in 1998. In our voice communications division, strong customer demand for Lucent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: LU) voice and networking products pushed telephone system revenues to record levels this year.
