REW, I also appreciate you taking the effort to visit tsig and share your insight with us. One question that keeps coming back, why doesn't RG or one of the other executives just tell us the terms of the PP versus sending everybody on a treasure hunt within SEC filings ? They are all aware of the terms, especially RG. And if they aren't, then RG is taking on way too much and not sharing vital info. with his top execs. Anyway, just a thought that may indeed have a simple answer. Red

I anxiously await this filing information. Quite frankly I don't care how creative the deal as long as there is some type of floor set for the selling. I have been through some of RG's creative financing before and it has cost him one company already. Not to say that this deal will be the same, I am really just thinking out loud. From what it sounds like RG has learned from past mistakes and will make sure that he protects the shareholders and the share price on the current PP. GATOR
