Dear Humble one: I am busy today and dont have the time to stop and think. But, I am not quite sure what this Preferred stock means? Is it dilution? Or is it a sort of cap on the common stock price? Presuming the company is successful, I think it is a foregone conclusion the options will be exercised to acquire more Preferred Stock at the indicated prices. Will THAT new Preferred be exchangeable into Common at $12.50 or the higher prices mentioned? Anyone have any thoughts? JDN
