Eli; Not sure it is all your fault that you are unable to get the VCALL audio. After downloading the most recent RealPlayer, I too was unable to receive the audio. The first two days I received a really weird error message and then when I finally was able to make connection it would stop in the middle of a presentation and would not start again. It might be that I am at the end of the phone line in the rainy Pacific Northwest, but in any case it is frustrating. Steve
