Appreciate the post -- you concisely summarized what I was going to say earlier (but didn't have the time to post).

Pete kept alluding to exactly what you mentioned. I actually thought it might be through Quicken.Com, which Pete mentioned in other contexts a couple of times on the call.

Other points -- Pete Sinisgalli mentioned that they don't see any other incremental costs for the remainder of the year (akin to the $4+2 million), but he didn't rule out anything for '00. To me, though, it didn't sound like there would be these types of costs if, say, three more portals came a 'knockin' to offer EBBP...

Also -- Pete S. mentioned that the time to market to enable billers is approximately 90-120 days. He was very pleased with that turnaround time, and it seemed that CF has its act together to bring billers to market quickly...and we're not talkin' about the biller's pilot employees, here, I'm sure...

Pete K. mentioned Schwab two or three times (he's never done this before) -- got the feelin' that Schwab may be gearing up to advertise the Bank/Brokerage/billpay services were were talking about a few months ago...

Lastly -- Pete S. said that 18 of the 41 billers that are signed are up and running, 12 are close to rollout (I took that to mean 30-60 days), and 11 roughly by the end of the current quarter. He also mentioned that the pipeline for new billers was very good.
