The price is fixed at 60. Suppose something could happen to change the deal, but unlikely. Stock is likely dead in the water till the buyout closes. I don't hold dead money....still think something may not be right in the pipeline. I'm sure some won't be sad to see me go, but I sold my remaining 1K shares at 59 3/4. Off to threads where concern over an investment doesn't provoke attacks and suggestions of being a whiner and complainer. Lot of lost opportunity with this stock, but at least nothing else lost in the end. Thank you to all contributors on this thread and good luck to all! Outta here! sf
