I just got in today at 1.75 from the recommendation of Al Frank.
I see that they have a back log of over 8Mil $ and have plenty of cash. The only reason this stock can't move must be the low float. There is no room for institutions to own. Even a purchase of a small amount that a fund would buy, would make them majority holders. I guess it is up to the small investor to make this move.
