Carl, I just bought "The Gorilla Game" over the weekend. It's a GREAT book on the technology industry. The way it discusses how certain companies create and define and ultimately control a market niche is right on target as we've seen with Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, and, of course, our favorite, Dell, in the direct market space. As Donald T. Valentine, a venture capitalist states on the book's back cover, "To understand the mystique of Silicon Valley, THIS IS A MUST-READ". Best, Duncan
