Those IPO shares will be reserved for the big institutonal boys.
Unless you're in tight with them you have a snowballs chance in hello of getting them. I'd be very surprised if they offer them to existing shareholders and if they do it will be at an inflated price.

If they sent out a mailing to existing shareholders they'd have no problem getting rid of them. They'd also save the underwriting cost.
