TTO,I'll try answering this one. Employees of WX/CBS have shares that are included in the float. They may be in retirement plans, or held in regular accounts. When they sell these shares, it is the same as any other sale, the exchange of existing shares from a seller to a buyer. It does not add any new shares to the float. larry
