I agree with you: The Iraqi oil decision is purely political. I have recently read, from several sources, that they can not even produce enough to meet the current quotas, Their maintenance has been very poor due to the parts embargo, and a number of wells are damaged beyond repair.

Also, Sodomy will not agree to let the money go to help his people. He wants the restrictions to be lifted to rebuild his military.

This is one of the few times Clinton's foreign policy makes sense. Must have been an accident. Reminds me of monkeys eventually typing the complete works of Shakespeare.
