Fred, you really do have a hang up on Meatchem. Will you at least get to the point where you can spell his name right, since you refer to him so often? If you're looking for the best men or women to run a start-up company, is a trail and error period a logical strategy? Or do you put one man or woman in who doesn't fit the bill, as the companny continues to evolve, and keep him 'em there? Don't you yet understand that part of the disgruntlement that exists on these threads comes from former employees or relatives or friends of former employees? I guess that never dawned on ya, did it?
