Dear Humble one: Read it but didnt answer my question. I know some of you on this thread are able to reach management. Wish you would give them or the new IR man a call and get the exact terms of the Preferred Stock. The fact that they seem to have solved their Liquidity Issue for the next year OR MORE if options exercised I consider a PLUS just want to be sure there is not a big offsetting Negative. JDN
