martin, If Wilson blows the cc he IS HISTORY. I don't believe that he will be announcing a domestic partner and for now I'll say it will be OK if he offers us all a thorough and reasonable explanation. If he pulls the same crap as the last cc concerning partnering info he is history. There are people here who have not joined the share holders movement and if they are not happy after the cc and decide to join, we should end up with at least 1.5M shares and maybe as many as 2M. On top of this I will be calling the fund managers with the top 20 holdings. If we get the needed support we will see that we get 4 out of 5 of the board members of our choosing on the board in Mays election and then we will vote Wilson's ass out of office. There is no doubt that Wilson needs to go regardless of any accomplishments at this point. He has screwed over us investors long enough. Time for a fresh change in terms of CEO and IR department at Vivus. This should allow Vivus to gain credibility if we can find a good leader.
