All, I don't want to say either way about the rumor. It does make some sense from a regulation standpoint. ADOT will be forced into full SEC reporting if it wants to remain quoted on the OTCBB effective June 1999. This is the last chance any otc company will have to reverse and dilute without filing a report. If they do a reverse, they will surely print more shares. I hope for the sake of the longs ADOT does not do this. Good luck to all the longs. I have sold all today. I will still follow the stock, and may get back in after the rumors stop flying. Sean
