Jastej, you may be right. But, the trump-card is silver price. I hope it can negate the dilution effect. In any case, I am now concerned about this stock.

I looked at the deal carefully. Can't say if it is good or bad in the long term In the short term, it is dilutive, of course! I seriously doubt if they invested in PAASF to short the stock. 'cause the gain is not much. That is not like investing in MLTN at 15 where the gain on short could significant. Anyway, PAASF is not like MLTN as one is a pure silver play and the other one is a play on the whims of DOE acceptance of their technology. Then gain, WTFDIK? since mid Jan everything in my portfolio and whatever I am touching IS BLOWING-UP. -G- To play it safe, I cut my exposure in PAASF. If I am convinced that it is OK, I will buy them back. BTW, added BARR today.
