ok QMDC looks like done for today. I will short it definitely when they re-bid as that re-bid going to be much higher, thus cost more, and stock should drop. If they try to put in a low bid again, the target co will turn it down again.

In addition, looking to short it as rumours gets closer on a re-bid.
