Just because you read it doesn't mean it's so......

havent you ever heard...don't believe everything you read...

just one example

you can say whatever you want in a contract
it can be agreed to by both parties

but it doesn't mean it will stand up in court

or another example is the terms of use
libel clause..which SI indicates they don't enforce even if it is in the terms of use

and one more pertinent example
is what you read from analysts
