The warrants are convertible to restricted common stock, therefore you have to hold the common for a year. Call the the company to confirm. I had the same thought and if you notice there is usually a $2 difference in the price of the common and warrants giving you a 1/2 point arbitrage.

No idea, how long they really run. I used them most of the time to open and close. Quote.com shows 30/6/99 when I turn up IMONW there.

Any jack clauses given? They may call it at $3 for 20 days?
