Perhaps we should be patient for that portion of the market to react which already did not know this news. In fact, I believe that it was on this Board that someon posted, perhaps two weeks ago or more, the fact that Inrange had a new product to market which was different than the products/line for which the $9 million licensing agreement was signed. If that poster knew, certainly others did, and this "news" was factored in by the time the official announcement made it to the rest of the world. In fact, hasn't not price movement been the history with each of the other two OEM announcements, SGI, in mid-December, and then Forefront earlier this month??? I don't recall any significant price movement rights away, although I think we all are looking at a 60% increase since the SGI deal was announced, complete with the speculation that Brocade had been supplanted. . . In any event, whether or not the price has moved, I am very happy that this company, which had reduced our expectations about OEMs to think more about 1999 than 1998, nwo has made three OEM announcements within a 1.5 month time period. Has Brocade ever done the same??? IMHO things are looking very bright, and I am looking forward to the financial announcements, and to a discussion of exactly what it means to the Ancor bottom line to have a switched solution priced about the same as a hub, i.e., what does that do to margins and will Ancor make money or look at little bit like Amazon.com in that the more it sells, the more it loses. While I seriously doubt such a scenarios, getting a better look into finances would be helpful to us all. Pat
