Prodigy owned by CGTVY

CNET is reporting that ISP Prodigy IPO prodigy.com is expected to reach the market in early Feb. The White Plains, New York-based Internet service
provider expects to sell 8 million shares in the United States for between $12 and $15 apiece, said people familiar with the situation. The company first said it would
sell shares in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission in September. Bear Stearns is managing the sale.

Prodigy hopes to target niche markets, such as Hispanic customers. "The funds will be used at Prodigy to basically continue expanding the number of services it
offers and to try to enter new marketsas well," said Michel Morin, an analyst with Merrill Lynch in Mexico City according to the report. Its current subscriber base is

Any way for traders to get an early jump? Yes -according to CNET Prodigy"-is 65 percent owned by Carso Global Telecom. Mexico's telecommunications giant
Telefonos de Mexico SA has a 21 percent stake and smaller investors own the rest." news.com

Unknown to most Carso Global shares trade on the OTB Bulletin Board CGTVY at 6 1/2 -though finding any information requires some digging skills.

"Telecommunications holding company Carso Global Telecom is part of the Carso Group, controlled by one of Latin America's richest richest people -- Carlos Slim
Helu. Carso Global Telecom owns about 15% of Telefonos de Mexico, which provides local, long-distance, and cellular telephone transmission service to residential
