>>GM to Spin off Delphi<<

biz.yahoo.com

This deal is looking closer and closer. It is applauded by investors.

Anybody can see this stock is still way under valued despite been up over $3.50 in a down market.

In'96, GM acquired the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit at a rock-bottom basement price. The real estate holdings alone should be evaluated more closely by the investors.

Now, with Delphi been spun off, more fat is trimmed. GM is tightening its grip on the union.

What is the chance of GM giving out Hughes stocks to its shareholders? Would Hughes stock and Delphi stock be bid up like these internet IPOs?
