I believe WIND routinely files the 424B3 to reflect changing ownership of the convertible bonds. WIND filed this form 18 times in 1998 -- about once every 3 weeks.

I'm new to this thread. WIND has been on my wish list for many months and I took advantage of the recent over reaction (I hope) to begin a position. Has this bond issue already been sold so that any arbitrage shorting has already been done?
