From Brad's post #13693, referencing Kathy Knight-McConnell's re-cap of the conference call....

"He said that DCI is growing far in excess of the growth for the general Telecom industry, which has a growth rate in the range of 18 - 20%. DCI will be doing about $1 billion dollars over the next two years."

I still can't find any reference to $2B in revenues.

All references from the CC have stated $1B.

Also, I believe they will be using IXC capacity to reach that one
billion. This would greatly reduce the number of ports needed to reach
those figures.
