E-mail I received from RON said this week, probably the 28th. FLC told me middle of Feb. RIG told me April (believe it or not, I asked them twice, got the April response twice and gave up). That was a few weeks ago, so there may be a more current indication, and RIG IR may have gotten a better calendar.
