TJ...KLOC..

10.6 mm shs/9.00 mm shs float
No S-1 filing but announcements
of proposed IPO of 800usasearch.com
which they own 80% ??
Only negative I saw was from a read of
the KLOC thread from a year ago..thread
was very negative as stock was sinking into the fall
and culminated in a 6:1 reverse split.
also warrants KLOCZ..terms of which I haven't
been able to get a straight answer on as
seems to be some confusion as to their status thru
the reverse split.
Robert Swan CFO 1-310-481-2000

Chart appears to have consolidated prior
run-up and ready to challenge old highs..
probably need to see S-1 filing to get
there..Allen &CO supposedly on board
as advisor..

Jim in CT..hope this helps
I don't have a position here yet.

You buy more PRFM, Jeff? Looks like it might pop.

It's edging up nicely. I guess you can see that perfectly well for yourself.

CD

p.s. Here's something you yanks don't have to worry about. My trading account allows me to carry floats in Canadian or US dollars. When I bought my NPL, I forgot to buy some of them in US dollars, so I carried them in Canadian. When I sold them yesterday, I did the conversion back.

Unfortunately, it means I am simultaneously long and short 2000 shares, One in Canadian $, the other in US. Bizarre.
