BR, As I said in my earlier post, I'm long both LU and CSCO. As for net sales, yes, you're right these are sales placed over the net after significant sales efforts. However, this interface reduces the adminstrative costs of ordering products. Have you seen CSCO's on-line ordering system. Even highly configurable products can be ordered there and the system double checks that the right mix of components is ordered. This system eliminates the need for full-time adminstrators to support OE. If LU drops switching prices to margins of 50% we're all screwed... You don't think LU's management would make a boneheaded move like that - do you? OG
