KYA27,,,DSL is an alternative short term and in places that cable does not reach..

@Home's division @work uses it today to allow access to their network to reach beyond the area that the cable companies supply today.

Is it better than cable ...no ....
Is it better than 56kb dial access ....YES for sure.
