I'll have to have some help with the figures, but if you remember the slight worry last Spring, when MVIS was proposing an option sceme for the key employees, a few of us aired some old fears. The financing seem OK. I honestly think the company has done a good job here. The need for new financing has been obvious to us, but management tops have been sufficiently confident to wait out the low prices and secure the program at reasonable prices. There are companies who issue option programs that are breathtaking: Surely nice for themselves, but not very encourageing for the shareholders. We haven't seen this (yet?) with MVIS, but that's mainly where I see a long term risk of serious dilution. Kim
