All, It may not happen immediately. My suggestion is to call the company, and watch the otcbb daily every day. I do this every day. I have been involved in two reverse splits lately. I am not interested in reverse splits. One is recovering and did not dilute. The other diluted heavily. If someone calls the company, do not be surprised if they do not confirm or deny. I would like to see the outcome. Again good luck to the longs. Sean
