As always with this company, the pieces fall together. We all remember the press release below. Now we find out that they will be putting this system with Uniview in 95 hotels. That is 95 servers via one integrator in one country for one hotel chain. The big mistake that I think I and maybe others have and are making is in ignoring the global potential that CCUR has for their VOD products. The numbers are staggering and we are moving from a revenue base of only $80 plus million. I think assuming that CCUR can generate over 20 to 25% revenue growth over the next 5 years is conservative.

DOMINTEL Chooses Concurrent's MediaHawk for Flexibility and Scalability

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, December 1, 1998 -- Concurrent Computer Corporation (NASDAQ:CCUR) announced today that system integrator, DOMINTEL CONCEPT, recently purchased a large MediaHawk™ Video Server solution for a hotel entertainment Video-on-Demand (IVOD) application in Spain. The MediaHawk enables DOMINTEL to provide high quality MPEG2 video streams in an interactive application environment.
DOMINTEL selected Concurrent's MediaHawk Video Server because it met all of DOMINTEL's application requirements, including scalability and the ability to output streams in PAL format. DOMINTEL also favored Concurrent because of Concurrent's excellent international reputation.

Concurrent's MediaHawk Video Servers are scalable, high-performance systems that support up to 1200 independent and interactive MPEG2 video streams. Furthermore, MediaHawk delivers up to 1,000 video streams from a single cabinet containing multiple central processing units (CPUs) with no degradation to performance or quality regardless of the number of simultaneous digital video streams. Concurrent's proven ability to provide custom engineering ensured DOMINTEL that Concurrent would support its effort to deliver a fully integrated hospitality solution to its customer. Concurrent's support of a wide variety of set-top boxes from different vendors, very new storage technologies such as fibre channel, and several types of output (DVB-ASI, ATM, etc.) were additional factors that influenced DOMINTEL's decision.

"This landmark purchase by DOMINTEL is evidence that Concurrent's MediaHawk solution is gaining increased recognition in the global marketplace," said Corky Siegel, Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Concurrent Computer Corporation. "Working with DOMINTEL will allow Concurrent to build a global solution that integrates MediaHawk Video Servers with hotel applications."

DOMINTEL CONCEPT, based in Tortosa, Spain, specializes in providing complete interactive video distribution systems to private hospitals, hotels, airports, colleges, and companies, as well as the design and implementation of pre-payment installations with smart cards for systems of TV and Telephony distribution.
