Bob Pisani on CNBC just said they are waiting for earnings from Agouron. Guess some don't know that Agouron said yesterday and this morning that earnings will be released next week, due to the WLA deal.

Second Quarter '99 Earnings for Agouron will be released on Wednesday, February 3rd, after the bell. The conference call is right after, at 5:00 PM EST, as usual.

Bill, to be aware of all considerations, seem this could work the other way. For example of WLA were to drop to $60 is it not possible the figure changes to $55.80 at 0.93 shares?
