Yes I agree Jens. I am not getting my hopes up on the Rumor. I must find out if SK has sold more shares since the RS. If the issued shares are over 3 million then he has been selling more shares. If the issued shares are anything over 3.3 million then he has really been selling shares. SK may have issued the final shares before the RS when the authorized shares were 200 million. If SK is continuing to dilute, then I would advise any would-be buyer of the company to wait a few months. Once SK issues the remaining shares up to 10 million and the stock price is back at .005, the prospective buyer could pick up the company for next to nothing. I hope SK is not printing more shares. It is funny, however, the MEYER GROUP listed LTGLD as a buy. They said to expect good things in the future. I have come to only expect what SK has shown us so far.
