I just came across TNRG, which has a strong Chinese connection at the sort of price you like. I also know that you are looking for another good stock to invest some of your profits in. It was in a thread by P.E Allen, #922 on "Our new index/from stockwatcher's thread". There is also a reference on WWW.tnrg.com, their Web site.
