Auric, you may want to put GUMM in your sights. Short squeeze going on right now with Gunn Allen manipulating the stock. Their brokers are bragging that they control 4mil of the 5.6 mil float telling clients that the 4mil are long term holders that won't sell. Last figures I saw were .8mil shorts. Don't know when it'll peak out, but with today's vol of 1mil I'll bet those in the know are quietly selling as we speak.

For fans of J.J. Cramer:

I just took a look at the SEC filings for Cramer's "companies".
I checked two of his holdings. BVCC(1,654,000 shares) and MGN (725,000 shares)...Both are down more than 50% off their highs. Unfortunately for J.J. it looks like he bought on the high end and is taking a serious bath. BVCC looks like a real problem. With his large holdings and the small average daily volume it appears he can not get out of that one. As I said before his timing does not appear real good either. For example, between May and July he picked up over 500,000 shares of BVCC at prices between $32 and $38/share...The stocks know trading at $18 (my guess is he is down between $15 to $17 million on this one overall). Merrill Lynch downgraded the stock the other day and John Hancock recently liquidated all their holdings, so things are not looking good.
