Anyway, for all you paranoid board members, the real skinny is that Jack, while walking on that Jamacian beach, used his cell phone to secretly transfer all of Xoma's assets to a Cuban state-owned biotech firm. The Cubans believe that if they pump a fish full enough of rBPI and then sell them to third world countries, poor people in those countries will experience a reduction in disease and there will be more people to fuel a communist revolution, not to mention the new hoards will be healthier. Castro will siphon off cash produced by this project to keep himself stocked in cigars and Yeltsen stocked in Vodka. The CIA, realizing the plot, started putting Ellen Martin under surveillance.
