Dear JSI: Dont know what you mean about one-sided. As you know fma forwarded copies of all PM's that were sent him. I happen to know that several people on Motley Fool also sent in E-mails. It is my understanding that Management wants to take this opportunity to answer legitimate shareholders questions. I do not expect them to tell us anything that isnt public information. However, I feel that it is only fair to give them the opportunity to explain their actions and points raised in the Proxy Statement. Whatever we learn will be shared with this thread and Motley Fool and I imagin other web sites. Going the other direction, this gives shareholders the opportunity to share with management their concerns. To most of us we probably think that our concerns are so obvious that how could they not know them. Well, it has been my experience in the past that sometimes Management gets so wrapped up in what they are doing that they lose sight of how it might look from the outside looking in. Maybe thats the case here. In any event, we should know soon. JDN

JSI, I will also be on the call and I neither expect nor desire to learn any proprietary information which may not yet be publicly available. My personal agenda is actually very simple. I would like to understand TAVA management's plan to improve shareholder value. Two themes have been loudly expressed on the thread over the past week or so: - TAVA's "quiet" PR stance - Potential additional stock options for TAVA employees I think that neither of these would be an issue -- not to me, at least -- if the stock were trading at a better price level. (I won't attempt to define "better" because that may vary for each one of us, but I don't think that double digits are an unreasonable expectation). If my investment was steadily appreciating, I could care less if TAVA never published another press release at all. If my investment was steadily appreciating, I could care less if TAVA employees were rewarded with boatloads of stock options. All of us who have been long TAVA (for more than a day!) realize that this stock is volatile and so the ride is often bumpy. But it's frustrating to watch long deserved gains fritter away as the company remains silent. For instance, we were nearly back up to $9 as recently as Jan. 12. By Jan. 25 we had lost 23% of that value as the company remained nearly silent. The only news was the Jan. 20 press release regarding wastewater treatment facilities in Los Angeles. This news may be very significant, but you would never have known by the subdued tone of the press release. Even as an avowed TAVA believer, I must admit that I was disappointed when I read that particular news and was left wondering, "Is that all there is?". Then came reports of insider sales, late filings and additional stock options. These things were ill timed and have not helped to improve our shareholder value. No sour grapes from me, merely a statement of what I believe to be the truth. I would like to hear a commitment from Mr. Jenkins that he will consider shareholder value as a top priority in operating an otherwise outstanding company. I would like to hear a plan toward achieving that commitment. If anyone has reasonable requests for the conference call, please feel free to forward them to me. PM's would be appreciated, even if you also post them to the regular thread, so that I don't inadvertently miss anyone's request. I know we're all concerned and anxious to see blue sky again with TAVA, but please try to be both logical and non-confrontational in your requests.
