I really wish people would not classify news as "HOT" when it is only the final detail closing which has been known to all for a month in previous news releases. Yes, this means the deal is really complete but was there any doubt it would go through? Is it a viable investment? Some glipse at financials/ shares outstanding etc has to be provided unless this is simply a day trade on volume & hope!
