Tim: IF CPQ did well in Europe you know what that means for DELL,right. =========================== Compaq Says Europe Fastest Growing Region in Fourth-Quarter London, Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Compaq Computer Corp., the world's No. 2 computer maker, said strong consumer demand for personal computers made Europe the fastest growing region in the fourth-quarter, and helped Compaq maintain its lead as Europe's top PC seller. Compaq said it sold more than 1.6 million units of the 8 million computers sold by various companies in Europe. The region contributed about 40 percent of Compaq's sales and profit as sales of consumer PCs doubled. Computer services generated 20 percent of its European revenue.......
