Hmmm... Somehow, I don't think we are communicating. Wide open to select options should have implied that there are not "exact" options that limit every human being in every situation.

It is engaging in a struggle for the freedom of individuals to think and act for them selves on any given idea, issue, or circumstance.

For starters, I can determine to accept, support, reject, or give futher thought to a point of view based on the merits of the idea and the circumstances alone; regardless of who is affiliated with a side.

Options to act, join, resist etcetera run the gammet of changing the channel to grass roots revolutionary innovation or voting with which ever party I choose, based on what I can determine to be true and just.

Case in point...Bill clinton is in office as a product of the American people lending him their trust to represent them, myself included. His position to serve me is underwritten by that trust. When he lies to my face and to my court system and obstructs the legal processes which are in place to ensure I and my progeny recieve just and equal treatment in this land, I withdraw my support. Breach of social contract, the party be damned.
