Corrections to Radims post of MM conversation with Delmonian I sent MM a copy of the post to be sure we were all on the same page and let Radim know I was doing so via chat PM. No other clarifications were made, So I view this as very positive news. ******************** Very thoughtful of you. No matter how slowly & clearly we speak, misconceptions/misquotes do pop up. Siemens is a partner. We work very closely with many different Siemens entities, and have a Siemens Board member to boot. Ongoing meetings with them are a matter of course I never said we had 4 million in assets. What I was trying to clear up was the misconception that once we are fully reporting, we are automatically on NASDAQ. Would that it were so. As you probably know, there are a number of criteria which must be met i.e. at least 2000 shareholders (OK) be fully reporting (Q2) have net assets of 4 million, have share price at $4 for x # of days and so on. We are WORKING ON fulfilling all. My point to the shareholder was that reporting status does not magically transfer us to NASDAQ. Also, "product" is unclear as written up. What I did say is that we will be adding consumer products to the Web Site. We'd be crazy not to. Not that we are suddenly trying to focus on ecommerce; however, we get a lot of hits from investors and will offer selected products as an ancillary source of revenue. High visibility shows in the near future: stepped up branding/positioning. Absolutely. Does that include TV? Yes, in our plans & budget. ***************EOM
