Raising 99 and 00 revenue est from $923.4mm and $1.2bl to $1.2bl and $1.3bl.

$1.3B 00 revenues? Hmmm, is he predicting some sort of global economic setback? If they do $1.3B in 99 (which I think is reasonable, but perhaps slightly too high), anyone would have to expect them to do $2B in 00 (no?).
