I'm not sure it's the last 30 minutes of the trading day as much as it is Paul Maritz's testimony that is screwing Softie. Even as I try to adjust for inadequate reporting, Mr. Maritz seems to be admitting that Explorer is a separate product and that MSFT is after market share; that MSFT was trying to eliminate Real Audio as a competitor, etc. etc.

Can't the world's richest man afford the world's best attorneys and legal coaches, or is something else going on here that I can't see?

PS: Anti-Softies need not post to suggest that Mr. Maritz is only telling the truth. In today's court room, the truth is the last thing of concern to the proceedings. <vsg>
