we have just concluded a telephone conversation with Aaron Serruya, in which we asked about the validity of these claims.

Sorry but I just can't get by the fact "we" is probably one guy playing with "lunch or Canadian Tire Money!!

If you had said "you called him", "we" could probably swallow it, but "we" think there was only one person on the phone, so "we" think that you'se are playing a "Frazier Crane"!!! So now what "you ALL" have to figure out,.. is whether "we" is really "the Chief" (a huge conglomerate of individuals), or whether "we", the thread, figure "you ALL" are full of fertilizer!!!

So the "huge amount of you" have a nice day!!

the Chief

ATTN AGORA: In post #1055 you state the following, "Mr. Serruya has asked Agora to quote him as follows."

In the absence of any proof related to your supposed conversation with management, your statement is nothing more than hearsay. If Mr. Serruya wants to convey a message to shareholders he should do it through normal channels or through the press, where he can be factually quoted and held accountable.

If, on the other hand, your statement is correct, and you in fact did speak with Mr. Serruya and he did asked you to convey a message to shareholders, you can be considered a related party and as such you should not be on this thread. The TSE(of which I am not an official) strictly forbids management, insiders, officers of a company or its agents from participating in on-line discussions about any matter. Any person or persons who is asked by management to relay information about a company on an on-line discussion forum is acting as a conduit, and therefore is considered a related party.

Now, let me ask you, did any person in management ask you to quote him on a particular matter? Yes or No?
