HMSC- From the Nov 13,1998 10Q: "The Company has been taking steps to conserve its financial resources. The Company reduced its personnel from 30 persons to 20 during the quarter ended September 30, 1998. Subsequently, the Company further reduced its personnel to 4 and suspended the relationship with its contract sales force. The Company will, however, continue to support existing customers."
