Lots of things, as you pointed out, may be worthy of documentation for this decade without mentioning who didn't do something. But if you're interested there are nearly 250m people not doing anything to stop the corruption in govt we are witnessing. Whew, on second thought, I'll let you handle the documentation on names and places of people not doing anything.
