Bob,
What case is there to make? WE both know that the Bible says under certain circumstances it is okay to have sexual relations with slaves.

You said that God's mandates regarding slaves are taken out of context because the slaves referred to were oftentimes slaves because of debts. That slavery was better than debtors prison.

My question was if one is having sex as a slave that is working off a debt, is that the same as prostitution?

Now, what is the point of you needing me to look up the passage in a search engine, which you are pefectly capable of doing yourself? To see how well I know how to use the internet? I know you know the passage, because we discussed it awhile back on the Ask god thread,
where I remember someone saying that the passage was okay because back then, slaves were oftentimes like members of the family. That was a poor response then, and your explanantion this time was also a poor one, IMO.

Since we both know that you know what passage we talking about, I am not sure what your little game is proving, other than changing the subject from one you cant defend to something you can attack(me)?

mark
