If that's the case, then I am upset. Do they plan on telling anyone that it is their tech that is being used? If not, why not? If so, when?

I am a little confused, did Ted imply that our (ACTV) technology will be used, or that this mystery technology would be used?

If it is ACTV then we should be making an announcement soon, if it not then perhaps our patent attorneys should be involved.

The only reply I got was Sprint's technology is for the stadium. Nothing was mentioned on who's technology it was or was not.
