The problem I am having is I don't
care anything about getting a pint
of blood out of this, just a pound
of parts. As a businessman, I just
want to get my business back up
before I lose the hard won clients
we have build up over the last four
years.

I have one Micron PC and have had excellent service. I bought Micron because I could never get through to Gateway tech support on the phone. IMHO if you are running an ISP server and your business depends on it, you should have some sort of failsafe backup. We do in our office just for our internal data. We can have a machine go down and carry on with no problem.
