"60day IPO filing window"

to anyone who has the goods on this!,

i assumed that this "60 days" was just the length of time navr had stated they would file within - this statement being made early dec. 98

is there a legality here too? - i assumed that a legal window would only apply after they filed - i know that there is a certain amount of time that they have to do the ipo after the actual filing is done

i listened to the conference call yesterday - the ceo said they would do a press release if their filing exceeded that 60 days (last day jan.05 or jan.09/99?) originally promised OTHERWISE they will make a press release that the filing has been done before or on the 60th day

yes, i agree with you ajberger, that these may be the last few days to pick this up on dips assuming the general market doesn't do a strong selloff

thanx in advance
